Amy & Eric's beautiful summer wedding was held on the 54th Floor at Canoe. The 3-course dinner was a true reflection of Canadian cuisine and what Canoe does best - pictured to the right are the Clover Roads Duck Breast with wilted greens, quinoa and port shallot jus and Sustainable Blue Sea Bass with roasted bell peppers, couscous and spring onion. After dancing the night away, more canapes were passed for guests to enjoy, including Mini Wellington County Beef Burgers and french fries in mini take-out boxes with truffle mayo and ketchup.
